To Order
Just add the three-digit design number to the end of the four-digit product
number. For example, adding design 015 to the 01-01 folder (01-01-090)
designates the Service Record Folder.
Printing - Standard Ink Colors
Except where color limitations are noted, standard designs include imprinting
in one standard ink color. See Color Chart
for available ink colors. Please select an ink color darker than the stock.
Imprint Area
Up to six lines of copy are included FREE. The approximate size is 2 1/4" x
3 1/4", depending on the folder you select. Crest area is
available if shown.

Stock
Choose any Retreeve (except Spruce), Felt, White Marble Crush or Smooth stocks.

Production Time

Business Card Slots
Four corner style slits are available in limited items for an additional
charge. See position, item and style limitations. Holds a standard 2" x 3 1/2"
business card. When selecting card slots, be sure to check panel position of
slots ordered with the copy design wanted. Card slots may cut through (or card
may cover) standard copy for that design

You Can Be Your Own Designer...
Completely customize your folder just the way you want it by writing your own
copy and choosing your own graphics. Simply select from Wallet-Style Folders,
Expansion Portfolios, Receipt Holders, Four-Pocket Folders or Pull-Out Folders.
Provide us with your artwork or films and we will print and ship your job to
you in as few as 10 working days. It's that easy!

Printing Standard Ink Colors - Limited Graphics
Price includes one standard ink color in any location on the front side (flap,
face and pocket). Line copy, logos, small screen areas and simple color traps
are allowed. No heavy coverage (solids or screens) or bleed allowed. Copy must
remain 3/8" in from all edges. On most items, second side printing (inside of
flap) is available. Please see drawing. Simply add the cost of one additional
standard ink color charge for each standard color used on the second
side.
Printing Non-Standard Ink Colors
Add additional charge to your order for each non-standard ink color (any PMS
color not shown in the Color Chart used.

Artwork and Films
Prices are based on supplying camera-ready keylined art or film submission. We
would be pleased to quote typesetting or copy preparation charges from
submitted mock-ups.
Foil Stamping and Embossing
Price includes a one color foil stamp area or one emboss area, up to 16 square
inches, in any location, on any panel that is 1/8" from any edge or fold. See
our Color Chart for available foil colors. For
best results, use type that is 8 pt. or larger and avoids screens or copy with
tight intricate detail. Price based on camera-ready art or film submission.
Stock
The prices include Retreeve, Felt, White Marble Crush or Smooth
stocks.
Business Card Slots
Business card corner slits are recommended and are available in the pockets of
01-01, 01-02, 02-01 and 02-11 for an additional charge.
